1. Use tracking number sent to you after purchase. You can find it in your email; look for emails sent by Ship It furniture (help@shipitfurniture.com)

2. Ask an agent on updates on your order. To reach an agent, use the chat box in the bottom right hand corner of screen

3. Fill out the form on the Contact Page asking for updates on your order.
